The Office of James Burnett is responsible for the design of High Street Atlanta’s ground-level public realm and its upper level amenity decks. OJB focuses on creating landscapes that transform perspectives and evoke emotional responses and sensory experiences. OJB has received more than 80 design awards, including the ASLA 2015 Firm Award, and ULI’s 2014 & 2015 Urban Open Space Awards, and was responsible for the recent re-purposing of a highway underpass into the heralded 5.2 acre Klyde Warren Park in Dallas. In addition to their award winning park designs, OJB has a special facility with the design of lush and immersive landscapes on raised structures.
